Bags do not come with an insert for the bottom of the bag so that it stands up straight, we use a paper plate and it works great! 

Recommended temp to sublimate is 385-400F depending on your heat press, and 50-60 seconds with medium pressure. 

Ensure your image is taped well to prevent ghosting of your image.
