Transfer sizes are based on the approximate width of the design. The height will vary depending on the design’s proportions.

What You’ll Need-

• A heat press
• A sublimation-compatible blank
• Heat-resistant tape, if needed
• Blowout paper or clean butcher paper

Important Sublimation Information-

Sublimation transfers work best on white or light-colored polyester materials. For the brightest results, we recommend blanks containing at least 65% polyester; 100% polyester produces the most vibrant color. Blends containing approximately 50% polyester will produce a softer, vintage-style result.

Sublimation ink does not contain white ink. The color of your blank will show through any white or transparent areas of the design. Sublimation transfers will not produce bright results on dark garments and cannot be applied to regular cotton shirts unless the material has a compatible sublimation coating.

For shirts, place a sheet of blowout paper inside the garment to prevent ink from bleeding through to the back. Use a fresh sheet underneath and another sheet over the transfer while pressing.

Please Note-

Colors may appear slightly different after pressing due to differences in screens, materials, polyester content, pressure, time and temperature. Transfers may look dull on the paper—this is completely normal. The colors become bright and vibrant once properly pressed.

Because sublimation transfers are printed specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to incorrect pressing, incompatible materials or application errors.
